Juniper Ridge Golf Villas

The RV Resort has a sister community that shares the golf course and other Juniper Ridge amenities.  On the east side of the golf course, White Mountain Lake Vistas (with its own home owners association) is known as Juniper Ridge Golf Villas, and it is truly part of the Resort neighborhood.  Its home owners participate in all of the activities and special events taking place within the Resort's facilities.

The Villas are site-built homes that range in size from 1,260 to 1,825 square feet. All have 2 or 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, a 2-car garage (3rd bay in some) and open floor plans with stylish architectural detailing and many included luxury features. Homesites are generous (approximately 7,000 to 8,000 sq. ft.) and there are several remaining to choose from. You may purchase a choice homesite and wait to build at a later date if you prefer. The Golf Villas and homesites are one of the best values you'll find among White Mountain resort homes.
